About 2 to 3 hours, depending on the square footage and the condition of the property. What is inspected? The Elite Group inspector will perform a thorough visual inspection of the major systems and components of the home including the structure, roof, interior/exterior surfaces, and the plumbing, heating, cooling & electrical systems. Should I be there during the inspection? It is not necessary for you to be present for the inspection, but it is recommended. You will be able to observe the inspector and ask questions directly, as you find out about the condition of the home.
